A repeat of the free talk at The Pavilion in Victory Park, Stroud
Monday 11th November 6:30 – 8pm
A a repeat of last months talk, exploring how modern changes to our diet might be driving the significant rise in chronic disease. We look at what aspects of our diet might be the main causes, how we can avoid them, and how to get back to eating foods that nourish us.
This session is held in the evening for those who could not make a daytime talk.
